Island Dream Productions is a photography vendor, providing Maui activity companies with professional photography services as an add-on to their tour/activity. Island Dream Productions provides the equipment and the photographer, and does the labor of selling & delivering the photos. The original process was too time consuming and expensive to operate.

Problem
- On the admin side, hiring a new staff member required logging into 3 different systems and making duplicate records.

Solution
- Connect all 3 systems so that when new staff is added to one, it automatically populates the other two.

Problem
- The old schedule was created on a spreadsheet, and then shared with staff. This often resulted in miscommunication and made changes difficult.

- Utilize planning software for admins to create the schedule, and parse the schedule into employee-facing mobile apps.
